What is free and what needs a plan or credits?

Free for everyone: the basic reverse phone lookup, DOT and MC number lookups, carrier profiles and a preview of the newest trucking leads. Credits pay for Risk Details checks, lookups beyond your daily allowance and unlocking a carrier’s contact details. A plan adds full trucking leads for your states, plus monthly credits.

How do the trucking leads in a plan work?

After you subscribe, pick your states on your trucking dashboard: one on Starter, up to five on Pro, all of them on Business. You get every lead type in those states with email, cell phone and phone line type, a daily email for each saved search and CSV export. You can add states to free slots any time and swap states once every 30 days.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Start a 7-day free trial of the trucking leads from the trucking page or your dashboard. It works like Pro: every lead type in every state, contact details, daily emails, monitoring of up to 200 carriers and CSV exports of up to 500 rows. No card needed, one trial per verified account.

How many credits does each check cost?

Accepted Answer

A Risk Details check costs 2 credits, a phone lookup beyond your daily free allowance costs 1 credit and unlocking one carrier’s email, cell phone and officer names costs 1 credit. Checks that come back empty cost nothing, and anything you unlocked re-opens free for 30 days. Carrier contacts in your plan’s states are always free.

Plan or credit pack, which should I pick?

Pick a plan if you sell to trucking companies or check numbers every week: you get daily leads and more credits per dollar. Pick a credit pack if you only need an unknown caller checked now and then, or one carrier’s contacts; packs are a one-time purchase.

Question 6

How does yearly billing work?

Accepted Answer

Yearly plans are billed once for 10 months of the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. Credits are added to your account month by month, the same amount a monthly subscriber gets, and each monthly batch is valid for that month.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and do not expire month to month. Plan credits, on both monthly and yearly plans, are issued each month and expire at the end of that month.

Question 8

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel any time from your billing page and the plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for. Upgrades take effect immediately: Stripe charges only the prorated difference for the rest of the period and the extra credits are added right away. Downgrades apply at the next renewal, with no refund for the current period. Yearly plans can be upgraded but not switched back to monthly mid-term.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed by Stripe. Cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your browser supports them. We never see or store your card number.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

If you bought a pack or plan and have not spent any credits or exported any leads, email us within 14 days and we will refund it in full. After that, we refund the unused portion at our discretion, because the data behind each result has already been paid for.

Question 11

Is there a plan for teams or high volume?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro includes 3 team members and Business 10, the account owner included; each member signs in with their own account and shares the plan, saved searches, monitoring list and a contact log that keeps the team from calling the same carrier twice. Business also includes the trucking API. If you need more than Business includes, contact us and we will set up custom volume pricing.
